Your role:
- Defining product vision and road map of our programmatic and pay-per-performance job ad products in line with JobCloud’s company strategy
- Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Sales, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Data
- Assessing product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Taking fact-based decisions accordingly
- Leading the Product team in Progammatic
- Contributing to the Product Management and UX community at JobCloud
Who you are:
- Several years of experience in Product Management roles covering different digital products
- At least 1 year of experience in people management
- Experience in programmatic advertising, within a online media and/or recruitment is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Experience of operating in an agile work environment
- Fluent in English. On top German or French are beneficial
