Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager with in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and a proven track record of navigating SECO regulations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, providing expert guidance on legal requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of payroll administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws, regulations, and SECO guidelines.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation and regulations affecting payroll processing and implement necessary updates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities as required.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, deductions, and taxes.
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and SECO regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
